Texas License To Carry a Handgun Course

Texas Legislation
In 1995, Texas Legislation created a law enabling qualified citizens the ability to carry a handgun on their person. Since then, the laws have changed to allow qualified citizens the ability to carry a handgun in an open or concealed manner. Any person wishing to carry a handgun must take a License to Carry a Handgun Course by a certified instructor. I offer this course in an easy going and fun atmosphere. My fee is usually half what other instructors charge.
My Philosophy
It is my belief that every law-abiding citizen should be allowed to carry a handgun in order to protect themselves and others against unlawful violent acts, because when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
